What happens when I place my order?
Immediately upon you placing your order, TunicLove will send you an email with your order details and Order Confirmation Number. Please keep this for your records as the Order Confirmation Number is required for any communication between us regarding your order.
How does TunicLove ship your order?
Shipping within the United States
We do not keep inventories of pre-made merchandise. This allows us to be competitive and pass on price benefits to you. Please allow between 10 to 17 days for delivery as our garments are made against specific orders and thus take more time to process. Shipping is via Federal Express or UPS once they reach the U.S.
The following are times and rates for shipping and handling:
Standard Delivery: Up to approximately 2 ½ weeks from order. Cost is $5
Rush Delivery: Approximately 10 days from order. Cost is $10
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please allow a few extra days for your shipment to arrive.
International Orders
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Standard shipping and handling to these countries will cost $15. International deliveries may take anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks. For orders from any other country kindly email us at contact us
What is TunicLove's return policy?
RETURNS
Email us at returns@tuniclove.com and just let us know. We would appreciate if you could tell us how your experience with the particular TunicLove product could have been better. We value customer satisfaction and if you are not 100% satisfied we will honor your return and refund your money as per our Returns Policy, absolutely no questions asked.

RETURN POLICY
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 45 days of the original order date. Kindly ensure that all tags are attached and that the items have not been worn, altered, or washed. Upon receipt of returned goods, TunicLove reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
REFUNDS
All returned merchandise, subject to our Returns Policy, will be refunded for at the original price paid including any taxes. We will not refund shipping and handling charges unless we have made a shipping error. In the event that an order was processed incorrectly, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. We will process your refund within approximately 10 days of receiving your returned merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped to you.

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
As each of TunicLove's items is individually crafted per your specific order, we are only able to change or cancel an order if you let us know via email within 24 hours of having placed your order. How do I custom size my tunic?
TunicLove offers custom sizing on each of the tunics for an additional $15. To select custom sizing, you will need to do the following:
Select the tunic you would like to purchase.
Select the Standard Size that best fits you.
Select CUSTOM SIZE YES under Custom Size Option.
Upon checkout you will be asked to fill your measurements. Kindly read the instructions carefully before entering your measurements.
Which credit cards does TunicLove accept?
TunicLove accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. You can also pay through Paypal. TunicLove currently does not accept checks, cash or money orders.
Does TunicLove charge sales tax?
A 8.375% sales tax will be added to orders shipped within New York State. Shipments to any address in any other state will not incur any sales tax or other duties. International orders may incur additional duties which will be collected by our shipment agent upon delivery.
Does TunicLove take telephone orders?
No, TunicLove does not take telephone orders. However, you may contact us via internet and we would be glad to answer any questions you might have prior to placing your order on the website. For urgent matters only, you can also reach us by phone at: 917.285.1187 from Monday to Friday beetwen 9 am and 5 pm EST. If you are unavailable to reach us by phone, kindly leave us a voice mail and we will surely get back to you as soon as we can.
